The following terms and conditions apply when booking your tickets at the PCC:
1. Your reservations must be made directly with the Polynesian Cultural Center online at www.polynesia.com. You must provide us with your PCC confirmation number.
2. The "Best Ticket Price Guarantee" covers only identical ticket types on the same date of activity.
3. The guarantee does not apply to rates that are not publicly available, such as military, employee, or group rates.
4. The guarantee does not apply to specially negotiated prices or promotions: These may include but are not limited to group, educational, travel industry and/or kamaaina discounts; or special discount offers subject to using specific coupons, services, or a specific travel industry partner.
5. The guarantee does not extend to tickets for PCC that are part of a package. Such packages include but are not limited to any combination of air/ room/ car/ other attraction/ transportation components in any combination with PCC tickets of any type.
6. The customer must provide PCC the means to find or otherwise verify the published lower price. For example, the customer could fax a copy of an advertisement, or include a URL (link) to the lower-price online advertisement, or provide screen shots of the advertisement.
7. The claim form must be submitted to the Polynesian Cultural Center any time before your activity date to visit the Polynesian Cultural Center.
8. The claim form may be submitted either online or via fax. Supporting documents, screen shots, URL's, etc. can be submitted via the email address listed below.
9. This guarantee is inclusive of any applicable taxes, gratuities or other fees associated with the ticket type. The discounted price must be the final tax inclusive price, compared to PCC's regular retail (tax inclusive) price.
10 . This offer is void where prohibited by law.
11. PCC reserves the right to modify or cancel this guarantee at any time, without prior notice.
