PCC Sales & Marketing is basically organized into three teams:
- A Westbound team, which services agents whose clients travel west to Hawaii from the mainland U.S., Canada and other points;
- an Eastbound team who works with agents whose clients originate in Asia and travel east to Hawaii;
- and a Meetings, Conventions and Incentives (MCI) team, which handles conventions, meetings and incentive groups, as well as most off-site entertainment needs.
