Iaorana! – 9th Annual Te Mahana Hiro‘a O Tahiti Festival Recap

The Tahitian Festival concluded at the Polynesian Cultural Center on Saturday, July 11. The event was sponsored by Tahitian Noni International.

This year featured solo competitions, and also marked the return of the group competition. One of the unique things about PCC’s festival is that it focuses on the tamari‘i – or youth – dancers. In order to compete, dancers must be 18 years old or younger.
