Alii Luau Feast

At the center of the luau feast is a whole pig slow-roasted in the special fire pit known as an imu. The resulting Kalua Pork is served buffet style alongside dozens of Hawaiian favorites including chicken long rice, fresh fish, sweet potatoes, native fresh fruits, taro rolls, a generous salad bar, traditional desserts and, of course, poi.
