The Polynesian Cultural Center's most exclusive package, the Super Ambassador, naturally includes the finest levels of dining service, presentation and menu selections:
Salad, Soups, and Sides (with a choice of Italian, 1000 Island Papaya Seed or Caesar Dressings.)
- Jell-O™with cottage Cheese
- Salad greens with tomatoes,bacon bits, croutons, sunflower seeds, shredded cheese, shredded cucumber and green onions
- Sashimi served with Wasabi
- Cold crab legs
- Somen noodles with green onions, sliced kamaboko, shredded eggs, shredded cucumber, and memmi sauce
- Sushi: Futomaki, Daikon, Cucumber, California Roll, Inari
- Vegetable Platter: cauliflower, broccoli, sliced cucumber, baby corn, carrot sticks, celery sticks, and black olives

Super Ambassador Package guests are also welcome to dine at any of the Polynesian Cultural Center's other dinner venues, including the Ali'i Luau. Advanced reservations are required.
