Booking Your Tour
To book a Polynesian Explorer Tour, call the Hawaii Sales department at:

Hours: Mon. through Sat. 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Please have the following information ready:
- Three desired tour dates
- See Polynesian Explorer Calendar for morning tour dates.
- Number of Students, Chaperones
- Grade or Class
- Tour Package
- Group contact and contact information (including e-mail and fax)
- School Name, Address, Phone Number, and Fax Number
- Information regarding students with special needs
After booking your tour, a Sales Agreement packet will be sent to you via e-mail or fax. It will include:
- Sales Agreement (includes activity date, estimated amount of participants, etc.)
- Price Quote (includes payment information and deposit amounts)
- Information regarding your particular package
Payment
- School purchase orders are preferred
- Credit Cards, Personal Checks or Cash are accepted; please have the exact amount
- Pre-payment may be sent to in anytime after receiving your Sales Agreement packet. Please send pre-payments to:

Activity Date Changes/Cancellations
- Cancellations and schedule changes should be called in as soon as possible.
- Refunds are issued if cancellation is made at least one week prior to your visit.
- Due to the limited program availability, groups cancelling less than one week in advance will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee.
