JOIN US FOR a fun-filled FAMILY CHRISTMAS at the HUKILAU MARKETPLACE

Join the Polynesian Cultural Center for our annual Christmas at the Hukilau Marketplace and enjoy lots of fun for you and your family. This year promises to provide lots of entertainment, food, and our popular SNOW DAY and are designed to let bring the spirit of Christmas alive on the North Shore!

Along with our Snow Day, your family can enjoy Keiki Train Rides and our Marketplace Scavenger Hunt with prizes! We will also have live music and entertainment, as well as a live Nativity, Selfies with Santa, a tour of his workshop and more. And because we want to share the joy of the holidays, these activities are all FREE! Come share in the Aloha of the holiday season at the Hukilau Marketplace. You’ll find us at the entrance to the Polynesian Cultural Center in beautiful La’ie.

Things to do:

  • Play games, including our popular Christmas Scavenger Hunt
  • Free selfies with Santa and Mrs. Claus, plus this year – come tour his workshop!
  • Our popular Keiki Train
  • A live nativity
  • A winter wonderland of decorations and lights
  • Music every night from 6:00pm – 8:00 pm
  • Real snow tubing for keiki on Kecember 23rd from 4 – 8:30!

 

Activities will be held December 13th-23rd every day (except Sunday) from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Nina S Jones

 

 

Nina Jones, a mainland gal from way back, is now a transplanted Islander. With her husband of 43 years, she has lived in La’ie since serving a mission at the Polynesian Cultural Center from 2014 – 2016. She is now an employee of the Center, working in the Marketing Dept. Her hobbies include swimming, traveling, studying and writing about what she is learning from the various Polynesian cultures. Her blogs focus on their history, beliefs, practices and – as an added bonus – delicious food! To her, Polynesia is not just a place to visit, it is a way to live and she is very honored to be able to be a part of their amazing world.
