Helping our Ohana stay updated.

Aloha!

What a great general conference weekend we just had! A bi-centennial proclamation and a temple in China…wow! I hope we all take time over the next few weeks to review and ponder over what was shared.

The COVID-19 grind continues. Here on Oahu, as of today, we have nearly 300 confirmed COVID-19 cases, up from 281 yesterday. While those numbers are relatively small compared to other areas in the mainland, the growth rate or growth curve is still scary, so we all need to do our part to flatten it. Social distancing needs to be a priority for each of us, and remember just because some does not appear to be ill or feel ill, does not mean they are not a COVID-19 carrier.

A big mahalo to all of our PCC Ohana serving in security right now. If you haven’t signed up for your turn already, please contact your manager. It’s a wonderful way to stay connected to the PCC, although not your friends, as you will be by yourself…social distancing rules.

Also, a really big mahalo for our “blue shirts” who are working hard to keep the PCC in reasonable shape while we are closed.

Each day this week, you will receive a daily brief from a member of the President’s Council, giving you a little update on what’s going on in their area. I hope you enjoy.

Imua!
