Do I need to choose my perk when booking my tickets online?

No. Your exclusive benefit will not show up on your online checkout screen. Simply secure your tickets online using the discount code from Govx, and you will select and claim your preferred perk in person when you arrive at our Box Office.
Can different people in my booking group choose different perks?

To keep things running smoothly, we can only accommodate one perk selection per booking group. All tickets within your order will receive the same reward (either the seat upgrade for everyone or the $20 marketplace coupon for everyone).
Does my ticket package qualify for the one-tier evening show seat upgrade?

To qualify for the complimentary seating upgrade, your purchased ticket package must include admission to our evening show, HĀ: Breath of Life.
Can I reserve my evening show seat upgrade in advance?

To keep things fair for all guests, seat upgrades cannot be reserved ahead of time. They are gladly arranged in person at the Ticketing Office on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of your visit, subject to open seating.

Our voucher will be issued on the spot when you arrive at the Ticketing Office. You can spend it instantly on island eats, dining, or souvenirs at participating vendors throughout the vibrant Hukilau Marketplace.
Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy with this discount?

There is no limit to the number of guests allowed in your booking group! The offer extends to GOVX members and their families, provided the entire order is purchased together through your verified link.
What do I need to bring with me on the day of my visit?
