Option 2 — $20 Hukilau Marketplace Voucher (Per Guest). Choose a $20 coupon per guest, redeemable at participating vendors within the PCC Hukilau Marketplace.

Before You Buy

After You Buy

You will receive your standard Polynesian Cultural Center ticket confirmation. Bring that confirmation with you and visit the Ticketing Office (Box Office) on the day of your visit to redeem your chosen benefit.

How to Redeem at the Box Office

• Arrive at the Polynesian Cultural Center any time after the Ticketing Office opens.
• Visit the Ticketing Office (Box Office) and present your GOVX order confirmation.
• Let our team know which benefit you would like: the one-tier evening show seat upgrade OR the $20-per-guest Hukilau Marketplace voucher.
• Seat upgrades are confirmed based on day-of availability; vouchers are issued on the spot for use at participating Hukilau Marketplace vendors.

When You Arrive at PCC

You are welcome to check in any time after the Ticketing Office opens. Stop by the Box Office first to redeem your benefit, then enjoy the islands, dining, and the evening show at your own pace.
