    • Full-day Package

      The best way to experience all the Polynesian Cultural Center has to offer. Full Day package includes your 12:00 pm admission to enjoy an immersive cultural experience in our island villages, dinner and the evening show.

      Please note: There is much to do at the Polynesian Cultural Center, so plan carefully, arrive early (we suggest 11:30 so you can get your tickets and be at the gate by 11:45 am) and have fun! You can make the most of your day by reviewing our schedule within the printed material you receive upon arrival to identify which activities, presentations and exhibits you would like to visit most. Want to come back for a second day? Ask our front desk about current specials for returning guests.

    • Late-entry Package

      A late Entry package includes a 4:00 pm admission to our island villages, dinner and the “Ha: Breath of Life” show.

      Package Details:

      • General Admission (4:00 PM entry) – See 1 island village
      • Dinner – Alii Luau Buffet and Show or Island Buffet
      • Evening Show – Ha: Breath of Life show

    • Ticket Upgrades

      Guests with pre-purchased tickets can upgrade their tickets at any time prior to their visit or they can do so upon arrival at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Please note that ticket upgrades are based on space availability.

    • Cancellation Policy

      Guests can cancel their reservations any time prior to 5:00 pm Hawaiian Standard Time (HST) the day before your activity date without penalty.  Cancellations or N0-Shows with no notification after 5:00 pm HST the day before your activity date will be charged in full with NO REFUND.

      Guests who have purchased their tickets (and ground transportation) through a travel agency or tour operator must request cancellation through those sources, which invariably have their own cancellation and refund policies.

    • Check-in Procedure

      Upon arrival please proceed to our Ticketing Center located in the Hukilau Marketplace. For your convenience, please print your email confirmation containing your order number and present it to our ticketing agent along with a valid picture identification.

      Check-in times are as follows:

      • Packages that include General admission may check in at 11:00 am or anytime afterwards (please note that the gates to the island villages open at 11:45 am.)
      • Dinner-show packages (no General Admission included) have a check-in time at the Ticketing Center of 4:30 pm. Seating starts at 4:45 pm for most dining venues. Dinner and luau show begins at 4:00 pm (seating at 3:30 pm) for the Ali’I Luau and 6:00 pm (seating at 5:30 pm) for the Ambassador level Ali’I Luau.
      • Please plan on obtaining tickets to the Ha: Breath of Life (Show Only tickets) at the Ticket Center by 6:45 pm. Seating for the Ha:Breath of Life show opens at 7:00 pm while the show starts promptly at 7:30 pm.
      • If you are using the Polynesian Cultural Center’s transportation services, your bus escort or driver will assist you in getting your tickets for the day’s activities upon arrival at the Polynesian Cultural Center.

    • Free 3-day Pass

      Guest who select any package online can come back and visit our Island Villages for free after their initial visit.

      Meet with natives, learn about their daily lives at home and experience fun, interactive activities, games and cultural presentations. Leave with a temporary tattoo and fun memories to last a lifetime.

    • Transportation / Shuttle Service

      The Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) offers round-trip transportation in an air-conditioned coach from Waikiki. Enjoy a spectacular scenic ride on the most beautiful beach-side highway on Oahu and also enjoy a tour narrated by a friendly local guide. Guests will be returned to Waikiki at approximately 10:45 pm. Transportation is sold separately.

      We offer 2 transportation options: Motor-coach and Mini-coach. Motor coach transportation picks up from designated locations near your Waikiki hotel. See motor coach pickup schedule below for more details.

      Our Mini-coach transportation option is a curbside service that picks up guests from the lobby of most Waikiki hotels. Enjoy the scenic ride and a tour narrated by a knowledgeable local guide.

    • Keiki Passport

      The Polynesian Cultural Center provides a “Passport to Polynesia” booklet for our keiki visitors, which includes:

      • Spaces to collect stamps from each island village to show they completed the games or activities
      • A schedule of the day’s activities geared toward the family experience
      • Space to write down the greetings for each island
      • A fun illustration and the name of each island’s games or activities to help the keiki remember it when they return home.
    • Lap Child Policy

      The Polynesian Cultural Center welcomes families, especially our keiki (children.) In order to make their visit and yours a wonderful experience, please be aware of the following and plan accordingly:

      • Children under the age of 4 are not charged for entrance to any of the ticketed activities (Entry to the Polynesian Cultural Center Villages, attendance at Ha: Breath of Life evening show, BBQ Lunch Buffet and dining at Island Buffet, Prime Rib Buffet, or any of the Luaus). All ala carte or snack items throughout the park, including meals at the Banyan Tree, Hoku Pa’a Snack Bars and various island food kiosks must be purchased.
      • Motor coach and mini coach transportation to and from the Polynesian Cultural Center requires children under 4 who do not have a paid ticket to sit in an adult’s lap.
      • Because many of our dining facilities can be sold out, we cannot guarantee extra seating for children under 4 who do not have a paid ticket. Please plan on holding your child on your lap or utilizing one of our highchairs (limited availability).
      • Children under 4 who do not have a paid ticket will need to sit on an adult’s lap while attending our Ha: Breath of Life evening show
