2024 May Day Lei Competition At The Polynesian Cultural Center

WHAT: Join the Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) and enter its 2024 May Day Lei competition this weekend.
WHEN: Saturday, May 11, 2024, 10:00 a.m. – Noon
WHERE: Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawai‘i Village | 55-370 Kamehameha Highway, Lāʻie
DETAILS: Calling all lei makers! The PCC will be hosting a lei competition this Saturday. The categories for lei submission include Fresh Lei, Flowers Only Lei, Coconut Lei and Red & Yellow Lei. All lei must be at least 24 inches in length and cost $10 per lei to enter.
Lei are to be registered and dropped off at Gate 6A at the PCC between 10:00 a.m. and noon on Saturday, May 11. Cash prizes will be given to first, second and third place winners for each category. One winner will be selected by the President of the PCC as the President’s Choice Award and will receive $200.
